In this role you will get to:

• Product Ideation and Strategy:
  – Collaborate with stakeholders to generate innovative product ideas based on
  market research, customer insights, and AI trends.
  – Define product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business
  objectives and customer needs. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and positioning.
• Product Development and Management:
  – Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to define
  product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  – Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring
  on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  – Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product development plans,
  addressing any obstacles or issues.
• Product Operations and Optimization:
  – Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze metrics to
  identify areas for improvement.
  – Continuously optimize product features, functionalities, and user experience
  based on data-driven insights.
  – Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth product deployment and
  ongoing maintenance.

On day one we will expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or
  Business).
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/ Director, preferably with a focus on AI
  product development.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product development
  lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred
