Main Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI expert specializing in Computer Vision to develop, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs). You will be responsible for:

• Developing state-of-the-art models for applications such as:
  • Visual Question Answering (VQA)
  • Key information extraction from images and videos
  • Image, video, chart, and process understanding
• Building and optimizing data labeling and mining pipelines for VLM models
• Defining evaluation metrics and conducting experiments to assess algorithm performance in production
• Scaling, optimizing, and improving the efficiency of VLM models in real-world applications

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent deep learning experience
• Experience working with VLM models such as Llama-Vision, Qwen-VL, or Microsoft Phi-Vision
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience in developing LLM/VLM models that achieved high rankings on Vietnamese/English datasets is a plus
• Familiarity with AI or LLM/VLM model optimization is an advantage
• Experience deploying models on serving platforms such as vLLM or Triton is a plus
