General Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in multiple projects as a Business Analyst Lead, manage Business Analyst team
• Building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Work with project managers and product owners to define project plans, solution specifications, estimating time and resources
• Provide project/product level analysis (business requirements, system requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals), collaborate closely with development team to implement the solution for specific projects
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
• Organize meetings with customers regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines, customer satisfaction

Professional Effectiveness/ Soft skills:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Strong project management, ability to successfully handle multiple projects and manage multiple tasks at any given point
• Be experienced in working with large corporates
• Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership skill
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, time management and analytical skills.
• Confident presenter
• Be a fast learner, have a desire to learn and apply new technology
• Have a spirit of demanding high-quality products
