Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to execute the plan for in-person meetings with customers during the month, and take care of major customers on special occasions.
• Building a budget and select appropriate gifts, request budget approval for frequent meetings with VIP customers to maintain relationships.
• Address any issues, requests or complaints from customers about the company’s products service.
• Create checklists, coordinate with internal and external units to implement care or promotional programs.
• Prepare official documents and paperwork arising from programs, events, or overdue debts to send to customers.
• Complete necessary paperwork and submit expense claims if applicable.
• Meet with customers for social gatherings or celebrations when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or International Relations.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
• Experienced in corporate customer service, especially with technology products like Cloud and AI is an advantage.
• Regular updates with information through mass media; possesses strong social knowledge to be confident when communicating with customers.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Careful and meticulous.
• Responsible and committed to work.
• Friendly, harmonious, and open in communication.
• Good listener with a strong willingness to learn.
• Quick, active demeanor.
