Brief introduction:
The position will primarily respond for developing and managing sales channels through selecting partners. You will coordinate to create and implement partner specific business plans, establish MDF/rewards, and support marketing initiatives that deliver sales growth
Main Responsibilities
  • Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinates with the company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectation
  • Coordinates with partner’s sale resources to sell through partner organizations to end users
  • Meets target revenue and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint partner sale planning process that develops mutual performance objectives
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validate partner needs on ongoing basis
  • Proactively train, update products, services, sale policies, and networking with partners
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners

 Requirements

  • Having 3 – 5 years of sales experience with Key Accounts / Sales Manager or Channel Partner
  • Being a strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology and business strategy
  • Having ability to manage potential conflict between channel partners
  • Prior for those who used to work and experience with big vendors or internal members
  • Demonstrated negotiating skills at the highest level within a business organization
  • Strong experience with Microsoft suite, particularly Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in English
