Scrum Master Intern

    • Main Responsibilities:

      Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices
      Communicate with main stakeholders
      Support the Product Owner and Development Team
      Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement, and retrospective
      meetings
      Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination
      Resolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
      Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team
      progress to Manager
      SCRUM Certifications: PSM, CSM… is a plus

    • Job Requirement:

      Extensive knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
      Working technical knowledge of the software development process – design,
      development, test, and deployment
      Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time
      management skills
      Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
      Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
      Strong interpersonal skill including mentoring, coaching and, collaborating and team building

      Working Location: 

      • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.  

      Working hours: 

      • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM 
      • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
