Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and profile potential prospects, propose, consult and promote Cloud products and service of the company. Maintain and develop relationships with customers, partners, and agents to support sales.
  • Manage assigned leads or end customers via telephone to detect potential business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads into opportunities via BANT methodology, and generate up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Managing pipelines, forecasting business, and developing influential relationships with existing customers.
  • Administrating CRM tools, portals, and other internal tools.
  • Collaborate with related departments, engage resources, and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Plan work according to assignments and the team’s overall schedule.
  • Update market information and competitor activities.
  • Regularly communicate with product teams to update new features; closely coordinate with the marketing team for product communication.
  • Supporting territory performance with revenue generation activities: Using aggressive hunting and farming techniques Assessing customer current/future technology needs.

Job Requirement

  • Experienced in B2B sales in the technology sector.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in teams and handle pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Information Technology or Economics.
  • Passionate about sales and technology.
  • Soft skills: communication, presentation, persuasion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
