Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Owner and team leader to understand and implement business functionality.
• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and other technologies.
• Implement modern UI components using Shadcn, Radix, and Headless UI.
• Manage application state effectively with Redux, Zustand, and other state management solutions.
• Ensure that applications perform consistently and optimally under varying amounts of load and stress.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Take part in review and test processes to ensure product quality of code and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications with a fast and accurate resolution.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the team follows best practices.
• Create necessary technical documentation such as SRS, SDD, or User Manual documents if required.
• Continuously improve the user experience (UX) by optimizing application interfaces.
• Keep up with new trends and best practices in frontend technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as the ReactJS framework.
• Experience using Tailwind CSS to build responsive and modern user interfaces.
• Familiarity with UI libraries such as Shadcn, Radix, and Headless UI.
• Experience in managing application state using Redux, Zustand, and other state management solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or similar).
• Experience improving user experience (UX) through thoughtful design and implementation.
• Experience with Git, Git-flow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.
• Good communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read and write technical documents in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
