Main Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with the product roadmap.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product features, and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces and optimize the user experience.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the AI or software industry.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and solving complex business challenges.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven technologies is an advantage.

• Working Location: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
