General Responsibilities:

• Scrum master for 1-2 scrum teams
• Guide and coach the team to follow Agile/Scrum practices
• Support the Product Owner and Development Team
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings
• Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination
• Communicate with main stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
• Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report teamprogress to Manager
• Presentation, seminar, training scrum.

Technical Stack:

• Management methodology: Agile / Scum (JIRA)
• Have a basic knowledge of the cloud to talk to the team and other departments (Optional)
• Documents management tools: Confluence, Obsidian + OneDrive, PlantUml, Excalidraw/Figma
• Communication: MSTeam / Email

Prerequisites:

• 1+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master
• Extensive knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts
• Working technical knowledge of the software development process – design, development, test, and deployment
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, time management skills, project management
• Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building

Optional: SCRUM Certifications: PSM, CSM,.. is a plus
