Job Responsibilities:

• Overall: The Operations Manager for GPU Cloud Services in Japan will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of FPT’s GPU Cloud Services business in the Japanese market. This role requires deep understanding of Japanese business culture, exceptional coordination skills, and a focus on operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will act as the key connection between Japanese customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and adherence to local business practices.
• Details of responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for GPU Cloud Services in Japan, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery and client interactions run smoothly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Japanese customers, fostering long-term relationships based on trust, understanding, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Provide responsive customer service, addressing operational concerns and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable plans.
  • Ensure that all business operations in Japan comply with local regulations, business practices, and customer expectations.

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within IT or cloud services.
• Proven experience working in the Japanese market, with a strong understanding of local business culture and customer service expectations.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and operational management skills, with a proven ability to handle complex customer-facing operations.
• Knowledge of cloud computing services, especially in GPU and AI-related areas, is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
