Job Responsibilities: Product Domain: Cloud Computing and AI Services

Market Research and Analysis

• Carry out market research and analysis of Customer’s needs, Competitor’s products and market trends to define the product strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor updates

Product Development

• Product roadmap: Scope and objectives, Features/ Functions and Release Timeline
• Works closely with Scrum Team (Techlead, BA, UI/UX designer, etc) to:
  – Defines product features, requirements for products
  – Manages the product backlog and prioritize features based on the feedback from product managers, customers, and business objectives.
  – Creates product development document: User Story, Workflow, Mockups, Test cases, etc
• Works with Partners/ Vendors to evaluate their solutions and feasibility of integrating into FPT products
• Ensures compliance with product quality standards and processes during product development;
• Supports Manager in planning, risk assessment, and resource management to ensure progress and product quality;

Sales & Marketing

• Product strategy: Target customer profile, Service model, Service Offerings, Go-to-market plan, etc
• Releases product document: Product decks, SLA, FAQ, Demo, POC Workflow, etc
• Controls cost and pricing
• Monitors product adoption metrics: Revenue, Customers, Resource, etc
• Collaborates with Marketing Team to PR and Sales Team in selling products to Customers

Requirements:

• Graduated from University (Prefers Information Technology, Computer Sience)
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, ideally within a technology-driven environment. (Prefers experience in global market)
• Good in English, both oral and written
• Strong analytical mindset, Logical-thinking and a focus on problem-solving
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills in cross-functional teams;
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development, including experience in gathering requirements, prioritising features, and delivering successful product launches.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework is desired.
• Being familiar with th tool box i.e. Jira, Confluence, PlantUML, MS Visio, etc is a plus
• Professional certificates in Product Owner are a plus.
