Job Responsibilities:

Overall:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing AI contact center solutions based on open-source platforms. This role involves executing system deployment through an end-to-end process, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • The position requires close collaboration with telecommunications providers to deliver high-quality AI contact center services.
  • You will also work with internal teams such as the AI voicebot product team and cloud infrastructure team to ensure effective service delivery.

Details of responsibilities:

  • Develop AI contact center solutions using open-source platforms like FreeSWITCH and integrate them with existing systems.
  • Deploy, configure, and test contact center components for various projects, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
  • Manage the daily operations of AI contact center systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with telecommunications providers to ensure smooth integration and functionality between networks, systems, and service components.
  • Work with the AI voicebot product team, cloud infrastructure team, and telecommunications engineering teams to implement and maintain services effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 YOE has tasks related to ML, preferably with experience in NLP.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and training workflows.
  • Proficient in cloud infrastructure for distributed training environments.
  • Knowledge of current LLM technology and research.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for machine learning projects.
  • Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing techniques.
  • Experience working with AI model lifecycle management (MLOps) tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or service from Cloud Provider like AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Studio…
  • Get familiar with LLM tools such as LangChain, LLamaIndex, vector databases.
  • Get familiar with Python or Go.
