Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and office devices.
• Manage user accounts across company systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
• Ensure IT security and compliance with company policies.
• Track and resolve support requests through internal systems.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience (2+ years for Middle level).
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Preferred: Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive mindset.

• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
