Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI model fine-tuning and training as a service.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate model training pipelines into the platform.
• Optimize backend services for distributed computing environments to handle large-scale AI training jobs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to build seamless user experiences for AI developers.
• Implement automated monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for backend services.

Requirements:

• At least 1 YOE has tasks related to ML, preferably with experience in NLP.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and training workflows.
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure for distributed training environments.
• Knowledge of current LLM technology and research.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for machine learning projects.
• Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing techniques.
• Experience working with AI model lifecycle management (MLOps) tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or service from Cloud Provider like AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Studio…
• Get familiar with LLM tools such as LangChain, LLamaIndex, vector databases.
• Get familiar with Python or Go.
• Research skills
