Job Responsibilities:

• Translate technical documents, emails, and reports from Japanese to the relevant language (English or Vietnamese) and vice versa.
• Interpret during meetings, video conferences, and telephone calls between Japanese clients and offshore teams.
• Act as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and offshore development teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Convey technical requirements, project updates, and feedback accurately between parties.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration by addressing and resolving any cultural misunderstandings.

Requirements:

• Having a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Language Studies / Japanese language, or a related field.
• Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) (N1, N2).
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role as an IT Comtor.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.
• Ability to navigate and mediate cultural differences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle conflicts and negotiate effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
