Job Responsibilities:

Leading Product delivery process to customers (Japan, Vietnam and other countries worldwide).

• GPU Cloud Solution Consulting
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose optimized GPU Cloud solutions tailored for AI/ML, deep learning, or heavy graphics applications.
  • Design GPU Cloud infrastructure architecture and plan project implementation.
• Technical Support and Deployment
  • Assist customers in integrating and deploying GPU Cloud systems.
  • Create user guides and provide training on the service for customers.
• Performance Management and Optimization
  • Monitor and evaluate GPU Cloud performance and suggest improvement solutions.
  • Ensure stable operations and optimize costs.
• Research and Development
  • Stay updated on new technologies and trends in GPU Cloud.
  • Participate in research and development of new products/services based on GPU Cloud.
• Business Support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design solution packages that meet market demands.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to customers and partners.
  • Manage and track dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Computing, GPU Cloud, or AI/ML-related areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of GPU Cloud services from major providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premise solutions.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container management tools.
  • Experience in deploying AI/ML models on GPU Cloud.
  • Programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch are a plus.
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication, consulting, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good English or Japanese skills (especially for technical communication and documentation).
