Job Responsibilities:

Leading Product delivery process to customers (Japan, Vietnam and other countries worldwide).

• Market research & builds service offering for individual industry/customer base on AI Factory Eco-system. Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and presales with the Product team, keeping up with market trends to improve the product.
• Engage deeply to understand the “why,” “what,” and “when” behind the product, aligning the team around the product vision and objectives.
• Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery for AI Factory Eco-system.
• Manage and track dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on KPIs in collaboration with Sale/Presale and Product team, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to identify and secure resources (engineering, operations, L&D) needed to support project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product delivery/Project Manager or a relevant domain area.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Manages the project work plan and holds the team and project resources accountable to variances in budget and hours.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Compute domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
• Strong in English, Japanese (Japanese required for the position dedicated for Japan region)
