Product Delivery (AI Factory)

As an NVIDIA CSP Partner, we are investing $200 million in the AI Factory project, equipped with NVIDIA’s advanced H100 and H200 GPUs and AI Enterprise frameworks. This initiative delivers GPU Cloud services to accelerate AI applications like Generative AI, enhance productivity, and support the development of high-value AI platforms for diverse industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading Product delivery process to customers (Japan, Vietnam and other countries worldwide).
• Market research & builds service offering for individual industry/customer base on AI Factory Eco-system. Staying up-todate with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and presales with the Product team, keeping up with market trends to improve the product.
• Engage deeply to understand the “why,” “what,” and “when” behind the product, aligning the team around the product vision and objectives.
• Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery for AI Factory Eco-system.
• Manage and track dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on KPIs in collaboration with Sale/Presale and Product team, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to identify and secure resources (engineering, operations, L&D) needed to support project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Cloud, AI, High-performance computing)
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product delivery/Project Manager or a relevant domain area.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Manages the project work plan and holds the team and project resources accountable to variances in budget and hours
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Compute domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
• Strong in English, Japanese (prefer)
