Main Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed UI/UX design and/or system design for items in the product backlog defined by product owner.
• Work with development team to transfer and clarify developing requirements within Scrum framework.
• Maintain product documents including design documents, feature descriptions and user guide
• Continuously transfer product updates to other teams, who also are product stakeholders. Hold periodic internal demo sessions
• Other responsibilities:
  • Survey market, competitors, similar products to contribute ideas to product backlog.
  • Survey delivered projects to identify pain points as well as room for product improvement.
  • Support delivery projects to deliver products to our customers

Job Requirement:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Strong documentation skill
• Be effective in communication and team working
• Strong critical thinking
• Familiar with software development management tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Has experience or familiar with Scrum framework
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Working Environment:

• Working Location: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
