AI Product Manager (AI Delivery Center)

FPT Smart Cloud is hiring an AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of next-generation GenAI platforms. This is a rare opportunity to build foundational AI products from the ground up, working alongside Vietnam’s top AI engineers and researchers.

Key Responsibilities (AI Product Manager)

• Own the full product lifecycle for GenAI solutions—from idea validation to development, launch, and iteration.
• Define product strategy, create roadmaps, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, R&D, business, and design teams.
• Drive product decisions based on user needs, data, and technological capabilities.
• Translate AI research and platform capabilities (especially LLMs, conversational frameworks, and knowledge retrieval) into scalable product features.
• Help shape AI-native user experiences in both enterprise and various domains.

Requirements 

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, ideally in AI, SaaS, NLP, or EdTech environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, especially large-scale language models and generative AI principles.
• Proven ability to define product requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver complex technical products.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English, especially for reading technical material and collaborating with international teams.
• User-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with conversational systems, chat/voice interfaces, or intelligent agent platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, knowledge management, or educational technologies.
• Passion for AI, and a drive to build impactful tools for users
• Comfortable working in agile teams with engineers and AI researchers.
