Key Responsibilities 

Product Development:

• Receive and clarify requests for new cloud products, product enhancements, processes, features, pricing/packaging updates, and customer-facing materials from Product Owner, sales, presales, operations, and customers.
• Analyze customer needs, business context, usage data, market trends, and cloud provider references such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud to support feasible solution proposals and product/service roadmap inputs.
• Create clear product requirement documents, business flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD inputs, and related working materials for Product, Development, Architecture, Technical, and Testing teams.
• Support testing/UAT to ensure developed outcomes meet business requirements, integration needs, and operational readiness.
• Prepare resources for product launch and go-to-market activities, including Sales Kits, service overview decks, buyer guides, internal product introduction, and training materials for Sales/Presales and internal teams.
• Participate in internal communication and handover preparation to SRE, Operations Center, and Customer Support so the product/service can be operated and supported effectively after launch.

Product Packaging & Operations:

• Act as a coordination point for development requests and cross-team actions related to assigned cloud products or service groups, working with Product, Development, Architecture, Technical, Presales, Sales, SRE, Operations Center, and Customer Support.
• Prepare packeging, design SKUs & pricing cloud services; support Sales and Presales during customer engagement, consultation, workshops, and pitching sessions; collect customer feedback, service usage insights, and business requirements to improve product-market fit.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, adoption, customer feedback, and operational status of assigned products/services; propose improvements to features, processes, documentation, packaging, and service quality.
• Participate in Agile ways of working, especially Scrum and Kanban, to improve backlog clarity, prioritization, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Requirements 

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO), Product Analyst, Product Specialist, or similar role for technology products/services
• Experience in Cloud, platform, SaaS, managed services, or B2B technology products/services is preferred; experience in product launch or go-to-market support is an advantage.
• Bachelor degree in Technology, IT, Telecommunications, Business, or related fields
• Good Business Analysis skills, including requirement gathering, stakeholder clarification, process mapping, documentation, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and UAT support
• Good product thinking and business understanding, with the ability to connect customer needs, market signals, product direction, and technical feasibility
• Good project coordination skills and ability to work effectively with Product, Development, Architecture, Technical teams, Presales, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support
• Basic understanding of cloud products/services such as IaaS, PaaS, data, security, or major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud is a plus
• Good analytical/critical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English; knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban or Design Thinking is an advantage

• Working Location:
  • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
