Main Responsibilities

• Debt Management:
  • Monitor and manage corporate customer debts for each contract/project.
  • Regularly reconcile and confirm debts with customers, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Classify and evaluate debts to propose suitable solutions.
• Debt Recovery:
  • Develop debt recovery plans, follow up, and remind customers to make timely payments.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve arising issues related to debts (overdue debts, disputes, etc.).
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure stable cash flow.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports on debt status, cash flow, and related metrics.
  • Analyze debt trends, forecast risks, and propose improvement solutions.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure debt management activities comply with legal regulations and internal company processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and Legal, to handle arising issues

Job Requirement

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in debt management, corporate finance, or customer service.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working with large corporate customers.
  • Advantage for candidates with experience in Cloud or AI infrastructure sectors.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in office software (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and data management capabilities.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
