Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Care and Relationship Development with Corporate Clients:
    • Receive, resolve, and respond to customer requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
    • Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products/services.
  • Support Sales and Collaborate with Related Departments:
    • Assist the sales team in negotiations and addressing requests with corporate clients.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of services/solutions to customers.
  • Monitor and Manage Service Contracts:
    • Supervise the implementation of contracts and payments from clients.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Reporting and Proposals:
    • Prepare regular reports on customer care activities and assess customer satisfaction.
    • Provide ideas and proposals to improve the customer care process.

Job Requirement

  • Education: College degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably working with corporate clients.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Candidates with English communication skills are preferred.
  • Personality:
    • Professional, dedicated, and patient.
    • Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.

  • Working Location:
    • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
  • Working hours:
    • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
    • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
