Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will serve as the primary technical contact for FPT Cloud’s customers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and in-depth support to help customers achieve their business goals using FPT Cloud solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
      • Customer Relationship Management:
        • Build and maintain close relationships with customer stakeholders.
        • Understand customers’ business objectives and tailor cloud solutions to meet their needs.
        • Organize regular meetings to review progress and address any concerns.
      • Technical Support and Guidance:
        • Provide in-depth technical support and consultancy on FPT Cloud’s services.
        • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
      • Implementation and Training:
        • Plan, implement, and optimize cloud solutions for customers.
        • Coordinate with internal teams to guide, train, and support customers in mastering the service.
        • Work with internal teams to monitor implementation projects and proactively address challenges.
      • Proactive Account Management:
        • Regularly check the health and assess the performance of customers’ systems.
        • Recommend additional products or services that benefit the customer.
      • Collaboration and Communication:
        • Collaborate with the company’s sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
        • Communicate customer feedback and requests to the product development team.
        • Prepare and present reports on status, issues, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a TAM or similar role in the Cloud industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, or public cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
  • Working hours:
    • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
    • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
