Customer Success (HCMC)

We are seeking a Customer Success to drive the adoption and long-term value of our AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement, business growth, and AI product enablement. You will begin by working closely with existing enterprise clients to ensure successful onboarding and usage of our AI offerings, and progressively take on more responsibility in identifying expansion opportunities and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Increase revenues of existing clients by working closely with the operation team and customer stakeholders to increase adoption of AI in current use cases or expand to new ones.
  • Take proactive actions to mitigate cancellations and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by deeply understanding and addressing their business needs — from C-level executives to business users and IT teams.
  • Demonstrate product functionalities and relevant use cases that align with customer workflows, driving satisfaction and value.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with internal product and delivery teams to improve solutions and services.
  • Deliver tailored engagements (e.g., workshops, sync-up meetings) that help customers maximize the value of FPT AI solutions post-sale.
  • Provide transparency throughout the customer journey and ensure FPT AI fulfills its sales commitments.
  • Identify and escalate expansion opportunities to the Account Manager and support the sales process with client insights.
Requirements 
  • Solid understanding of the financial industry and customer business models, preferably in BFSI.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including identifying, developing, and articulating value propositions.
  • Product and workflow expertise, especially in areas like financial modeling, Excel, and MS Office; familiarity with trading floor tech or data applications is a plus.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward client engagement and problem solving.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; training or relevant experience in customer success or account management preferred.
  • Master’s degree in MBA or Finance is a strong advantage.

Working Environment:
  • Working Location:
    • Site HCMC: 3rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
  • Working hours:
    • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
    • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
