Job Responsibilities:

• Products: Cloud Computing Infrastructure services
• Works with Product Owner and Technical Lead to clarify the high-level requirement turns to product functions;
• Defines and breakdowns features to functions, use cases and workflow;
• Research other Cloud products to optimize the user experience and define new functions on roadmap;
• Analyze, create, validate end-to-end business processes and detail out functional specifications
• Design UI, and UX with design patterns, optimize interface to improve user experience;
• Run UAT testing, evaluate and elicit to improve products;
• Draw up business documents, solution documents, and user manuals to systematize, manage business processes, and support users;

Requirements:

• Graduated from University (Prefers Information Technology, Computer Sience)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in BA in software development or Cloud domain is prefer;
• Good in English, both oral and written
• Strong analytical mindset, Logical-thinking and a focus on problem-solving
• Proven ability to document and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework is desired.
• Being familiar with the BA toolbox i.e. Jira, Confluence, PlantUML, MS Visio, etc is a plus
• Professional certificates in Business Analysis are a plus.
