Job Responsibilities:

• Overall: The Project Manager for the NCP Project will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of NVIDIA Cloud Platform (NCP) solutions. This role requires in-depth experience in handling large-scale IT/Cloud projects, with a focus on cloud-based GPU services.
• Details of responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the NCP Project, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, particularly in Japan, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Coordinate with product development, sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders and engineers to resolve project challenges and ensure that solutions are aligned with customer needs.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Regularly report project status to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and progress.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with customer specifications.
  • Monitor project outcomes and implement any necessary adjustments to maintain high standards of delivery.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across various project stages, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Manage and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and guiding team members towards achieving project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT or cloud projects, with a focus on cloud infrastructure services.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT/Cloud projects valued from $1M and above, especially within the Japanese market.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, high-value cloud projects.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, FPT Cloud) and familiarity with GPU services (NVIDIA).
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to lead client discussions, technical presentations, and negotiations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with cloud solution architecture or presales is a plus.
