Job Responsibilities:

• Deploying, operating and administering the company’s security system & supporting customers with security solutions such as: Next Gen Firewall, WAF, IDPS, DDOS Protector, Proxy, SIEM, Endpoint security…
• Write operational documents, deployment documents for partner customers.
• Technical focal point to support customer problems, coordinate with the company’s experts to find out root cause.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and potential threats.
• Recommend new security measures to protect the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience: More than 2 years of experience in information security or equivalent roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of security principles, encryption, and access control.
  • Experience with security tools like SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), firewalls Checkpoint/Fortigate, Waf, Antivirus, Proxy, IDS/IPS, VA, Cloud Security…
  • Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
  • Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and security evaluations.
• Additional Skills:• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong report writing and security documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
