Main Responsibilities

• Verify the validity of each sales order from Sales Staff, including selling prices, discounts, and compliance with company regulations.
• Record revenue, VAT, and receivables.
• Monitor and report changes and the current status of company assets and tools/equipment.
• Record expenses, remind relevant departments to complete payment procedures, allocate multi-period expenses, and propose expense accruals when necessary.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Auditing.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Age: Under 30.
• Proficient in Excel; good English skills (having an IFRS certification is an advantage).
• Personal traits: Honest, hardworking, eager to learn, ambitious, and willing to work overtime when required (not frequently).

  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
