Fullstack Software Engineer – Agentic AI Platform (AI Lab)

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop backend APIs and core platform services. Our current technology stack primarily uses TypeScript and Bun, but we are open to other programming languages and runtimes.
• Build fullstack web applications while contributing to the development and integration of mobile and desktop applications when required.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Develop AI Agent Runtime, Workflow Engine, Tool Calling capabilities, and integrate with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build Context Management, Memory, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI output evaluation mechanisms.
• Develop real-time services using WebSocket, Server-Sent Events (SSE), and background job workers.
• Integrate AI models and AI services from multiple providers.
• Effectively leverage AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and operational cost.
• Participate in system architecture design, technology selection, and cross-system integration solutions.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, API contracts, and key technical design decisions.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuously improve engineering standards across the team.

Requirements 

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of software development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, or other suitable programming languages.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Bun, Java, Go, Python, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using React or an equivalent frontend framework.
• Strong fullstack mindset with a solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle, including frontend, backend APIs, databases, deployment, and production operations.
• Ability to work with or quickly expand into mobile and desktop application development as product needs evolve.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational database management systems.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, WebSocket, and system communication patterns.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into practical system-level solutions.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize AI-assisted development tools while validating the correctness, quality, and safety of AI-generated outputs.
• Proficient with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Good English reading skills for technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI Agents or Generative AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Workflow Engines, Tool Calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Memory, Context Management, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience designing solution architectures, including system integration, service decomposition, and technology selection.
• Experience developing mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience developing desktop applications using Electron, Tauri, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience building distributed systems, real-time platforms, or applications serving large-scale concurrent users.
• Experience with containers, cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability, and operating production-grade systems.

• Working Location:
  • Site HN: 22rd Floor, Vinacomin Tower, no. 3 Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
  • Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
