Main Responsibilities:

Overall: Responsible for deploying and monitoring the system, ensuring quality, and, if possible, independently deploying models for TOVA.

• System Deployment and Monitoring:
  • Oversee the deployment of AI models and related systems, ensuring smooth integration and operation within the production environment.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain uptime and reliability.
  • Implement and manage monitoring tools to track the health and performance of infrastructure components, including databases, messaging systems, and AI models.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to optimize the deployment process, reducing downtime and enhancing system responsiveness.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of AI models and applications.
  • Integrate best practices in MLOps to streamline the model development and deployment lifecycle, from experimentation to production.
  • Ensure that all deployments are reproducible, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to ensure that the CI/CD processes align with the team’s goals and objectives.
• Model Deployment and Management:
  • Take ownership of the deployment process for AI models, including TOVA, ensuring that they are deployed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to understand model requirements and deploy them in a way that maximizes their performance and utility.
  • Implement automated model retraining and updating processes to ensure models remain accurate and relevant in production.

Independently deploy and manage AI models, when necessary, ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Extensive experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools and practices, with experience in managing production environments.
• Proficiency in managing databases (MongoDB, MySQL), messaging systems (Kafka), and caching systems (Redis).
• Experience in deploying and managing AI models in production, with the ability to work independently on model deployment tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Working Location: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
