General Accountant

FPT Smart Cloud is hiring a General Accountant for the Finance Team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Review the validity of sales orders from the Sales team, ensuring compliance with pricing, discounts, and other internal policies.
• Record revenue, VAT (value-added tax), and accounts receivable in accordance with accounting standards and company regulations.
• Monitor and record changes in fixed assets and tools/equipment, ensuring accurate tracking of asset status.
• Record and allocate costs accurately, ensure timely processing of payment requests, and remind related departments to complete supporting documentation.
• Allocate multi-period expenses and propose accruals for costs incurred but not yet invoiced.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documents and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in accounting processes and financial reporting accuracy.

Requirements 

• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Under 30 years old.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of accounting software.
• Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); knowledge of IFRS is a plus (IFRS certification is an advantage).
• Strong sense of honesty, diligence, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to work overtime when required (not frequently).

• Working Location:
  • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
