Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new talent to meet the company’s growth needs.
• Analyze recruitment needs to build effective talent acquisition plans.
• Use a variety of recruitment channels (social media, networking, headhunting, etc.) to find suitable candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify and recruit for key positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and former employees to expand the talent pool.
• Research and update recruitment trends to enhance talent attraction strategies.
• Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in recruitment within the ICT sector, including both technical (Tech) and non-technical (Non-Tech) roles.
• Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media usage and advanced search methods like Boolean Search.
  • Proficient in Talent Mapping and building long-term recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in evaluating and screening diverse candidate profiles (Tech & Non-Tech).
• Skills & Personality:
  • Outgoing, proactive, passionate about recruitment and connecting with people.
  • Proficient in office software tools, especially recruitment management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple positions at the same time.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
