Main Responsibilities

Overall: We are looking for candidates who are passionate about cybersecurity, specializing in adversary simulation and penetration testing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in security engineering, vulnerability assessment, and system exploitation, with a strong focus on cloud security, threat modeling, and Red Team operations. A deep understanding of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors is essential to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Simulate real-world cyberattacks: Recreate the actions and strategies of threat actors to evaluate and assess the security of network systems and applications.
• Identify security vulnerabilities: Detect and analyze unpatched vulnerabilities and weaknesses in both technical systems and organizational processes.
• Evaluate defense team performance (Blue Team): Assess the ability of the cybersecurity or defense team to detect, respond to, and prevent attacks.
• Enhance security processes: Generate detailed reports and provide recommendations to improve the network security system based on simulation outcomes.
• Plan and execute security campaigns: Develop realistic attack scenarios and organize Red Team exercises to train personnel and improve their response capabilities.

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in roles involving cloud services and security.
• In-depth understanding of how major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP operate and are configured.
• Strong grasp of the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by attackers, based on frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Ability to perform network attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, and gain deep access to target systems.
• Skilled in designing complex attack scenarios to test network system resilience.
• Proficiency with tools like Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, BloodHound, and other Red Team Operations tools.
• Strong programming skills in Golang/Python, with experience in solution architecture for building effective software security solutions.
• Expertise in operating system architecture, including Windows and Linux.
• Strong critical thinking skills and quick learning ability. Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a plus.
• Preferred Certifications in the relevant areas of security:
  • Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP)
  • CREST Certified Red Team Specialist (CCRTS)
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
  • Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
