Main Responsibilities:

• Feature Testing: Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and perform feature tests for Cloud platform products.
• Integration Testing: Ensure the compatibility and stability of the platform when integrated with external systems, services, APIs, and other platform solutions.
• Test Data Management and Creation: Prepare test data, test real-world workflows, and customer scenarios.
• Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test suits for the Cloud environment to ensure stability and speed up release cycles.
• Bug Analysis and Reporting: Log, analyze, and track bugs during testing; collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and improve the system.
• Process Optimization: Propose improvements to the testing process to increase efficiency and product quality.

Job Requirement:

• Experience: 
  • At least 2-3 years of software testing experience, especially on Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in testing in Cloud environments.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or other performance and automation testing tools.
  • Understanding of system architecture: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Containers, etc.
  • Knowledge of Cloud services such as Kubernetes, Databases, Networking, etc. is an advantage.
  • Basic programming skills, especially with popular languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, for developing automated test cases.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on cloud testing trends

Working Environment:

• Working Location: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
