Senior Business Development Manager (Token Factory)

Key Responsibilities 

• Full-Cycle Sales: Manage end-to-end sales activities for Token Factory services, including lead generation, nurturing, consultation, and deal closure across Vietnam (70%) and Southeast Asia (30%).
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, including emerging growth areas, trends, target customers, and service expansions.
• Strategic Planning: Apply strategic thinking to analyze current business landscapes, predict future development trajectories, set ambitious goals, and drive their implementation.
• Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain extensive relationships with C-level clients at large corporations directly or through the company’s partner network.
• Commercial Operations: Handle contract-related paperwork, including procedures for payment reconciliation and debt recovery.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and update market and competitor information.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products to work closely with product, presales, and marketing teams to successfully implement client projects and construct competitive bidding documents.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, IT, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnership roles with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong understanding of AI models and their practical applications within a business context is a significant advantage.
• Creative, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as seamlessly within cross-functional teams.

  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
