Main Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s local reach.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Recruit account managers, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  • Have experience building up and managing a team with a minimum of 10 members.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage the month-end and quarter-end close processes

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 05 years of sales experience in B2B sales in a corporate setting in the cloud computing industry (Microsoft, Google, VMWare) or similar
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Preferring candidate familiar working with cloud service providers (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    • Site HCMC: 3rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
  • Working hours:
    • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
    • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
