Key Responsibilities 

Client Requirements Consulting & Solution Design

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand and document accounting and consolidation requirements.
• Participate in meetings/workshops with finance teams to understand current processes and pain points.
• Support analysis of client structures and propose suitable FPT CFS configurations with senior guidance.
• Prepare and update BRDs, functional notes, and basic data-flow documentation.

End-to-End Implementation & Delivery

• Participate in CFS implementation from requirements and configuration through UAT, go-live, and support.
• Support configuration of entity structures, intercompany mapping, chart of accounts, currencies, and reports.
• Coordinate with product and development teams to clarify requirements and follow up on requests.
• Prepare project documents such as UAT scripts, training materials, meeting notes, and handover documents.

Consolidation Expertise & Advisory

• Support senior consultants on consolidation topics including intercompany elimination, investment consolidation, goodwill, deferred tax, and NCI.
• Support clients in preparing CFS reports, note disclosures, and understanding consolidated financial statement outputs.
• Assist with VAS/IFRS-related requirements when applicable; guidance will be provided.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis to help ensure the accuracy of consolidated outputs.

Training, Support & Relationship Management

• Support end-user training sessions and prepare user guidance materials for client teams.
• Provide post-go-live support and assist in investigating financial data discrepancies reported by clients.
• Maintain professional communication and good working relationships with clients and internal project teams.
• Assist with demos, solution presentations, and proposal preparation when needed.

Requirements 

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CPA Vietnam, Certified Auditor, ACCA, CMA, or other professional certificates are welcome but not required.
• Candidates currently studying ACCA/CPA/CMA or other relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
• IFRS knowledge or certifications are an advantage, but can be developed after joining.

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, consulting, ERP/software implementation, or a related role. Strong fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.
• Experience at audit/consulting firms, accounting departments, shared service centers, or finance transformation projects is an advantage — Big4 background is not required.
• Exposure to consolidated financial statements, group accounting, intercompany reconciliation, or financial reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with ERP/accounting/consolidation software is a plus; product-specific experience is not required.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements. Familiarity with consolidation concepts such as intercompany elimination or NCI is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of VAS is preferred. IFRS knowledge is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
• Comfortable working with financial data such as trial balances, general ledgers, mappings, and reconciliations.
• Good Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, PivotTables); familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is helpful.

• Logical thinking and willingness to learn how client requirements are translated into system solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with finance/accounting users and internal technical teams.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders, ask questions, and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Careful, responsible, and able to manage assigned tasks with support from the project team.
• English sufficient to read documentation and communicate in basic work situations; stronger English is an advantage.
