Job Objective

• Responsible for consulting and developing solutions for Microsoft 365, EMS, Windows 365, Azure, Microsoft Power App.
• Consult and develop suitable solutions on Cloud platforms such as Azure for customers.
• Deploy MS solutions

Job interaction and interface

This role interacts with internal staff from other departments:

• Closely work with development team and scrum master to address any concerns duration sprint planning, sprint execution phase
• Heavily work with end users (IT Manager, IT Staff from Vietnam companies) to identify, validate user needs
• Closely work with Designer, Marketing teams to prepare for products and features launching
• Closely work with Sale teams to gather customer insights and identify competitive advantages
• Work with other adjacent teams to provide product insights, supports if need be

General Responsibilities

• Own one or more initiatives. Responsible for creating, maintaining product roadmap, backlog items at initiative, epic and user story level (follow scrum guide)
• Perform competitive research and tracking competitor features
• Do customer interview and work with sales to identify new features
• Participate in community group’s activities to research new technology, sharing knowledge between teams
• Participate in 1-1 review with team leader / line manager for progress reporting and feedback and career development

Report to: Product Manager / Line manager for day to day works and supports, career path and development.

Technical Skills

Presequisites:

• Competitive research and monitoring competitor. Customer interview
• Able to write user story using BDD and Hypothesis driven development methodology
• Able to do wireframe and communicate with developers. Able to do prototype and communicate with customers for quick feedback
• Able to plan for metrics and data collection and do analysis after feature launching to evaluate features launch

Prerequisites:

• Previously work as Product Owner for product team / company for 2 years
• Have strong knowledge of Agile / Scum
• Communicate status of work effectively to the team and leader
• Collaboration and work in-person with other team members
• Able to work independently and highly focus on work
• Pay attention to details
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Presentation skills
• Accept feedback graciously and able to learn from past mistakes

Optional:

• Project management skills and task priotization
• Familiar with OKR management methodology
• Lean start-up / Lean UX methodology

Business expertise

Prerequisites:

• Have general understanding on computer science topics (client, server)

Optional:

• Have general understanding of how Cloud provider works. Have experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Digital Ocean / Linode)
• Having strong technical background is a plus point
