Business Analyst & Product Owner (NCP)

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for AI Platform products, including:
  • AI Inference Services (LLM APIs, Model Serving, AI Gateway, AI Studio, AI Agent Platform).
  • AI Infrastructure Services (GPU VM, GPU Container, Bare Metal, Storage, Networking, AI Cloud Platform).
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and define product strategy.
• Translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and KPIs.

Product Discovery & Requirements Management

• Gather and analyze requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and business units.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Define product workflows, service lifecycle, billing scenarios, quota management, IAM, resource provisioning, and operational processes.

Product Delivery & Execution

• Own and maintain the product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, UI/UX, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive product releases from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously optimize product experience and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

• Present product strategy, roadmap, and business cases to leadership.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to support product positioning and customer adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements 

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product role.
• Strong experience managing software products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English for product documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred for AI Infrastructure Platform

• Solid understanding of Cloud Computing concepts:
  • Virtual Machines (VM)
  • Containers/Kubernetes
  • GPU Infrastructure
  • Networking
  • Storage Systems
  • Bare Metal Services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack, or similar environments.
• Understanding of cloud billing, quota management, IAM/RBAC, monitoring, and resource orchestration.

Preferred for AI Inference Platform

• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Model Serving technologies such as vLLM, NVIDIA NIM, Triton Inference Server, Ray Serve, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI APIs, AI Agents, Embeddings, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI application architecture.
• Experience working with AI/ML products, AI platforms, or SaaS products is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Cloud, AI, SaaS, DevOps, MLOps, or Platform Products.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product development tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or similar AI productivity tools.

    Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
