Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements (if necessary)
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare materials, and organize logistics for internal and external meetings, including client presentations, sales meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Project Management: Assist in tracking progress on key sales initiatives, follow up on deadlines, and help manage special projects assigned by the EVP.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, providing administrative support on sales documents, coordinating team meetings, and preparing performance reports.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including presentations, emails, reports, and contracts related to cloud sales.
  • Client Relations: Handle communication with clients on behalf of the EVP, including scheduling client calls, following up on client requests, and managing client-related tasks.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases, files, and records, ensuring that all relevant sales documents and client information are up to date and easily accessible. Especially well handle CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) tool with sales data & reports
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Account Manager, Sales Manager, preferably in sales or cloud computing.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the cloud computing industry and sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    – Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    – Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
    – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
    – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    – Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

    • Site HCMC: 3rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
  • Working hours:
    • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
    • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
