Key Responsibilities 

Solution Consulting

• Work closely with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable Cloud and AI solutions.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain FPT Cloud solutions to Chinese-speaking customers.
• Analyze customers’ business and technical requirements to recommend the most appropriate solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

Solution Design

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design end-to-end cloud infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution presentations, BoQs, SoWs, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC), product demonstrations, and technical evaluations.

Sales Support

• Provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to contract signing.
• Coordinate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Support the Sales team in technical clarifications during commercial negotiations.

Technology Research

• Continuously update knowledge of Cloud Computing, AI, Virtualization, and Enterprise IT solutions.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
• Participate in technical training and pursue professional certifications.

Requirements 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure, or related technical consulting roles.
• Experience in consulting and implementing Cloud-related projects is required.
• Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of Cloud Computing technologies, including:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • VMware
  • OpenStack
• Knowledge of AI, Data Center, Virtualization, Networking, or Enterprise Infrastructure is an advantage.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent are preferred.

Language Skills

• Mandarin Chinese: HSK4 or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with Chinese-speaking customers.
• English: Good communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are an advantage.

• Strong presentation, communication, and customer consulting skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Agile, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Strong teamwork and independent working ability.
• Eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve professional knowledge.

  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
