Main Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our computer vision products, including eKYC, Virtual Agent Videos Processing, and Intelligent Documents Processing, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential customers, lead technical discussions during sales meetings, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and requirements, and design tailored solutions that address their specific challenges, effectively leveraging our computer vision products.
• Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Create and deliver Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our products in real-world scenarios. Will work with products team.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, addressing their technical inquiries, and fostering trust in our solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Research, to align on customer needs and provide valuable input for product development.
• Industry Events and Conferences: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our computer vision products, and networking with potential clients.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or a similar technical role in the computer vision domain.
• Have knowledge of computer vision technologies, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with eKYC, Virtual Agent Videos Processing, or Intelligent Documents Processing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility for occasional travel to customer sites and industry events
