About the Role

As a Public Sector Tender Specialist at FPT Smart Cloud (FCI), you will ensure that all bids submitted to government ministries, departments, provincial authorities, banks, and state-owned enterprises are compliant, submitted on time, and highly competitive.

You will proactively identify tender opportunities through Vietnam’s National E-Procurement System, review bidding documents to assess risks and suitability, and translate the company’s Cloud and AI solutions into high-quality, competitive bid proposals.

  • Screen opportunities using an regularly updated set of keywords, including Cloud, AI, virtual assistants, data centers, digital transformation, and information security, and record all relevant opportunities in the tender tracking database.
  • Proactively notify Account Managers (AMs) and Consultants of relevant procurement plans, enabling the team to engage with customers and help shape requirements before formal tender documents are released.

  • Review each E-Tender Invitation Document (E-HSMT) and prepare a Go/No-Go assessment covering eligibility, financial capacity, similar project experience, key personnel, bid security, delivery timelines, and contractual terms.

  • Identify overcommitments, ambiguous statements, and conditions that could lead to a non-compliant bid. Return documents to their authors with specific feedback before internal submission deadlines.
