Key Responsibilities 

• Possess a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Adhere strictly to operational processes and procedures; develop automation tools or leverage existing tools to automate information management, change management, and upgrade processes.
• Apply and integrate AI technologies into operational tools for incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve post-incident issues through log and event analysis.
• Monitor, evaluate, and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to ensure system and service quality.
• Have knowledge of Big Data technologies, including data standardization, centralized data collection, data visualization, and reporting using common tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, system profiles, and system/service deployment documentation.
• Participate in project implementation and system expansion activities, ensuring high availability (HA), load balancing, and security requirements are met.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics & Informatics, or related disciplines from reputable technology or engineering universities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or Developer supporting IT monitoring and operations platforms, with strong foundational knowledge of Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and security.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas are preferred; relevant international certifications are considered an advantage:
  • Linux operating systems and open-source software (LPI 1/2/3 certifications preferred)
  • Networking technologies (CCNA, CCNP certifications preferred)
  • Container Platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, OKD (CKA, CKS certifications preferred)
  • API Management
  • DevOps and/or DevSecOps practices
  • Public Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Associate Cloud Engineer are highly desirable

Required Skills

• Proficient in system administration and configuration through Command Line Interface (CLI); capable of leveraging AI tools to solve operational and technical problems.
• Basic programming proficiency in at least one common programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience working with relational databases (RDBMS) and writing SQL queries.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth technical investigations.
• Good English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and technical documentation writing.

  • Site HCMC: 3^rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
