General Responsibilities
• Developing solutions for new clients/industries • Design AI solution in response to the client’s requirement
• Provide technical pre-sales support for internal group and external customer
• Collaborate with Product Managers to access business requirements, provide
necessary guidance to customer during consulting process
• Organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept (POC)
demonstrations. Defining the features & scope & implement the POCs for all
stated requirements
• Organize meetings with customers regularly to review POC plans and
deadlines, create meeting schedules and meeting minutes.
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line
with client requirements
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFP/REQ/TOR within
stipulated timelines
• Prepare and deliver statement of work detailing the technical & commercial
proposal to the clients
• Collaborate with Sales team & Present AI capabilities to customers & prospects
• Collaborate with the AI delivery team to complement customer solutions
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product
requirements
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
• Building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, understand and
negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfactio
Professional Effectiveness/ Soft skills
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as pre-sale engineer/consultant
• Knowledgeable AI application example: chatbot, voicebot, eKYC, OCR and
others….
• Good presentation and negotiation skills (Good verbal and written
communication)
• Good team player and proactive attitude
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, time management and
analytical skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Be a fast learner, have a desire to learn and apply new technology
• Be experienced in working with large corporates in Banking – Finance –
Securities – Insurance industry
• The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments
• Have a spirit of demanding high-quality products
