General Responsibilities

• Analyzing digital stream-related business processes for insurance compensation requests.
• Collaborating with insurance companies, advising on the development of insurance claims appraisal procedures tailored to various business processes.
• Advising on ensuring processes handling all Straight-Through-Processing (STP) claim documents.
• Coordinating with business analysis specialists to develop automated appraisal procedures.

Professional Effectiveness/ Soft skills

• Experienced in appraisal positions at insurance companies or TPAs for 3 years or more.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Economics, Finance, Law, Accounting, Medicine, or Pharmacy.
• Ability to analyze data, documents, and contracts.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, diligent.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working with clients.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
