Developer Relations (DevRel) Specialist

Key Responsibilities 

Write and create content (most important)

• Write docs, tutorials, and blog posts that help developers use FPT Token Factory.
• Learn our AI Factory tools and explain how they work clearly.
• Build demos of real use cases using vibecoding (AI-assisted coding — we’ll teach you).
• Create slides and presentation materials.

Grow the developer community

• Manage community spaces (Discord, forums, GitHub Discussions).
• Host online events (hackathons, workshops, AMAs).
• Own and drive presence on X, Reddit, and Substack to attract developer attention to FPT AI Factory.

Support developers

• Work with and support developers on our APIs and models.
• Collect community feedback and pain points, and relay them to the Product/Engineering team.

Represent us

• Attend meetups, tech talks, and conferences.
• Deliver talks and product demos.
• Build relationships with student groups, universities, and tech communities.

Requirements 

• 2–5 years of experience in DevRel, Developer Marketing, Technical Writing, Community Management (tech/AI industry), or an equivalent role involving direct interaction with developers.
• Fluent English (spoken, written, and presentation) — required; strong writing skills are essential, since creating content is the core of this role.
• Solid technical foundation to understand and engage with developers (understanding of APIs, AI/LLMs is a strong plus).
• Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly, and willing to learn AI-assisted coding (“vibecoding”) to build demos — no prior professional coding experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking in front of an audience/at events.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn, with the ability to build a community plan from scratch and work comfortably with ambiguity.
• No specific degree required — practical ability and experience are prioritized.

Nice to have:

• Experience building a developer community from zero.
• Experience managing content/social channels such as X (Twitter), Reddit, Substack, dev.to, or Medium.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Experience with or knowledge of AI, LLMs, or AI model API platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Experience creating video tutorials, livestreams, or other multimedia technical content.
• An existing network within the developer/tech community in Vietnam.

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
