Key Responsibilities 

• Work with microservices architecture and integrate with internal or external services.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs for infrastructure services.
• Build and improve business logic for infrastructure provisioning, resource lifecycle management, billing, usage tracking, audit logs, and data synchronization.
• Work with relational or NoSQL databases, ORM tools, background jobs, and workers.
• Integrate with Redis, message queues, internal services, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Implement robust error handling, retries, idempotency, logging, monitoring, and operational visibility for production systems.Develop frontend features using React.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks when require
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Grafana, Sentry, or similar infrastructure and observability tools.

Requirements 

• Experience:
  • Middle level: 3+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Senior level: 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python backend development and FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, async programming, request validation, authentication, and authorization
• Database Experience: MySQL or PostgreSQL with ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or SQLModel; Database migrations using Alembic or equivalent
• Experience with microservices architecture and service-to-service integration
• Experience with Redis, background jobs, schedulers, or message queue systems like Celery or Dramatiq
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD workflows, Grafana, Sentry, or similar tools
• Strong debugging skills, including reading logs, tracing issues, and resolving incidents in staging or production
• Understanding of backend system design concepts: transactions, idempotency, retries, timeouts, concurrency control, and data consistency

  • Design backend modules or services from scratch and improve existing systems
  • Review technical designs, review code, and mentor Middle or Junior engineers
  • Possess strong understanding of database performance, distributed jobs, race conditions, locking, cache strategy, and observability
  • Handle production incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Work directly with product or business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Make pragmatic engineering decisions that balance delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability

• Working Location:
  • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
