AI Conversation – Tester

Main Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Preparation:

• Study design documents and collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to prepare test documentation for new features (functional testing), including plans, scripts, diagrams, data, and test reports.
• Develop test plans for new features and report results according to the plan and process.
• Support the development team in developing features and troubleshoot problems from a Tester’s perspective.

2. Test Automation and Framework Development:

• Build and develop a test framework for the product (focusing on system testing and regression testing).
• Research system business and technical documentation to identify and evaluate product constraints.
• Build and update the test script library and test criteria for the product from the perspective of different user personas.
• Create a continuous testing plan for the product.
• Develop an automated testing system for the system.

3. Bug Tracking and Reporting:

• Synthesize system production error reports from operation teams.
• Contribute to improving the product development process.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience working in manual or automated testing roles.
• Understanding of software development and system development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of automated testing and skills in developing automation tools.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and judgmental skills.
• Teamwork skills; good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write, organize, and manage documentation.
• Understanding of or experience working in Agile Scrum frameworks or using tools such as Wiki/Confluence and Jira is a plus.

• Working Location: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours:
  • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
  • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
